Grapes were sourced from The Henry Ranch in the Carneros Appellation and barrel fermented in 100% French Oak (33% new). This wine was sur lie aged for five months, and did not undergo malolactic fermentation. Citrus, tropical melon, and plantain aromas fill the nose. Pineapple, apricot and honeydew flavors are integrated with notes of lemon zest and tangerine type citrus. This wine is round and deep in flavor, with a vibrant acidity and a long, silky finish.
